Kurt Cavano is Chairman and CEO of TradeCard. Inc. Previously, Mr. Cavano was a Vice President at American Management Systems, an international business and information technology consulting firm. He managed the Corporate Banking Practice of the AMS Finance Industry Group. Mr. Cavano has more than 20 years of experience assisting corporations to improve their business performance through the intelligent application of technology. Featured as one of World Trade Magazine's 50 most influential people, Mr. Cavano is a frequent speaker and writer on issues involving international trade and global supply chain management.

Guy Rey-Herme is the President of TradeCard, Inc. Mr. Rey-Herme previously served as Executive Vice President of the International Trade Bank at Bank of America. While there, he supervised the implementation of a global systems platform. Mr. Rey-Herme brings nearly 25 years of financial services experience to TradeCard, including senior management positions with international consumer and credit card businesses at Citicorp.

Nestor Zwyhun leads the data center operations and product development groups at TradeCard as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Previously, he was a Vice President of the Corporate Banking Practice at American Management Systems (Now CGI Group Inc.). While at AMS, Mr. Zwyhun led the development of mission critical e-commerce and Internet solutions for many large international banks, including American Express Bank, Bank of America, Wachovia, Comerica, and Royal Bank of Canada.

Robert Lin is senior vice president, head of global vendor services and serves as regional head of TradeCard Asia Pacific. He manages a global vendor activation team comprised of personnel in Asia, North America, Europe and the Sub-Continent.

Mr. Lin previously spent three years at NewView Technologies, a US-based company that evolved from a premier B2B platform (e-Steel) into a company providing Business Process Management Technology solutions. Mr. Lin initially ran the North American West Coast business and then established their first overseas operation in Sydney, Australia and acted as General Manager, Australasia. Before NewView, Mr. Lin held senior business development and finance positions in the US, Hong Kong and Taiwan for Omnivision Technologies (NSDQ:OVTI), Cargill Financial Markets Group and Lupton Steel and Metal.

Gary Schneider is senior vice president, global accounts. He leads TradeCard's relationship management team to ensure that every customer rollout is a success, and that each customer maximizes the value potential from implementing TradeCard. Previously Mr. Schneider was a Senior Principal at American Management Systems in their Corporate Banking Practice. While at AMS, he was responsible for managing software implementations for many large international banks, including Bank of America, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Barclays Bank. Mr. Schneider has over 18 years of experience in assisting corporations in realizing significant benefits through the use of information technology.
